Member Application / ADT

Your member application to The Ultimate NY Dance Project or/and via workshops/directly to the Advanced Dance Team (ADT) is free of charge, but is subject to additional laws, rules and policies that may appear within the application system when applicable. By submitting your application to the UVP's database once, you agree to the rule of one-time transmission, which commit you to the nonrecurring visit of the application system and prohibits you to send multiple applications. If you experience technical problems during the data transfer, you are obligated to contact the support team first, if you wish to submit another application. Only authorized support staff is allowed to permit you the act of reapplying. They may lead you through the application process manually.

Your Member Profile

When you register as a user of the NY Dance Project member's web site, which is available for you after applying to The Ultimate NY Dance Project or/and via workshops/directly to the ADT, you will create a unique user name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of them and will be responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a breach of security of your username or password or otherwise with respect to the web site at support@nydanceproject.com.

Privacy

Application and registration data and certain other demographic information about you are subject to our privacy policy. Please see our Privacy Policy which is incorporated in full herein by reference and made a part hereof.

Other Sites and Products

You acknowledge that third-party sites that may be linked to the NY Dance Project web site are not under the control of UVP, and you agree that neither of us is responsible for the content, advertising, products or other materials presented on such sites and shall have no liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of such third party sites. Any concerns regarding any services or resources provided by any such site should be directed to that site. You further acknowledge and agree that any links to third-party sites provided by us do not constitute or imply any endorsement, recommendation, acceptance or favoring by UVP, any products offered therein, opinions or any content thereof.

Each Use Constitutes Acceptance

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your use of the NY Dance Project web site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions stated and in effect at the time of each use.

Other

These Terms and Conditions, and all relations between you and the NY Dance Project / UVP, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any controversy, claim or action at law or equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the NY Dance Project web site or any of the Contents shall be resolved only in a state or federal court in New York County, New York, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction, venue, and forum exclusivity of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision is and shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. To the extent anything in or associated with the NY Dance Project web site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence and control. The UVP's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement against you or anyone else is not and shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision against you. You further agree that regardless of any law or statute to the contrary, any controversy, claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the NY Dance Project web site and/or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year of the date the controversy, claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred as untimely.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between us and you relating to the subject matters herein and shall not be modified except as provided herein or in a writing signed by you, The Ultimate NY Dance Project / United Vision Pictures.
